Monday & Wednesday: Trampoline Safety Belt 4:00 - 4:30, 4:30 - 5:30 Pool

Saturday: 11:00 - 11:30 Tramp, 11:30 - 12:30 Pool

Divers learn the basics of diving in a fun and safe environment. The trampoline safety belt is used to learn new dives before doing them on the diving board. The Sliding Board teaches divers how to enter the water vertically with pointed toes.

Club Team and High School training is also available for ex-gymnasts and high schoolers wanting to prepare for the Fall Swim Team.
